Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Lee McChesney serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he is responsible for improving value creation and overseeing capital allocation. He leads our global financial operations, including treasury, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, operations finance, commercial finance, accounting, and audit. In addition, Lee oversees our mergers, acquisitions, and divesting organization and strategy. Prior to joining MSA Safety, he served as Vice President, Corporate Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Stanley Black & Decker's Global Tools and Storage operating unit. He joined MSA Safety in 2022.
