The Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held in a virtual meeting format only. Shareholders must use the following link to access the virtual meeting on the meeting date:

A replay of the meeting can be found at this link 24 hours subsequent to the close of the meeting.
 
Upon accessing the link, shareholders must enter the 12-digit control number found on their proxy card, voting instruction form or notice; otherwise, admittance to the meeting will not be approved. 

It is not necessary to attend the meeting to vote your shares. Please see the proxy statement and your proxy card for more information on how to vote your shares.
