Biography

Rebecca Stehle serves as Senior Vice President of MissionOPS, with responsibility for defining and advancing MSA’s global operations strategy to enable growth, strengthen competitiveness and enhance customer value. Her scope spans manufacturing, safety, quality, supply chain and logistics, and sourcing and procurement. Rebecca joined MSA in 2008 and progressed through positions of increasing responsibilities in cross-functional roles, including her most recent assignment as Director of Global Quality. She earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from the university’s Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business, with a focus on operations management.
